Thanks for your quick answer!
I only was aware of the “normal” proleague -> is this one now being replaced by the winners proleague?

Thanks for responding, I knew that issue about the observer map.. I recognized in every?! vod I’ve watched in the last two years (should be about 1000 games or so ) that the observer had the same race as one of the two players… maybe it’s a kind of rule for the observer to choose a specific race for a match.. dunno…. not that important anyway

For the time being, yes.

For the observer, they have to make a special version of the map and play it in Use Map Settings mode. So the observer’s race is just whatever the map maker decided to set it to.

1. The winners league by many is taken more serious than the individual leagues. It is a form of the proleague, which is what Starcraft ultimately revolves around. The teams are sponsored by companies, and the winners league is the official “company vs company battles.” Winning the proleague is MUCH more important than winning an individual, for the team overall at least.
2. Not sure…

I have two questions:
#1
Is this winners league taken seriously by all the players or is it just more like a fun league? Not that I think the player’s don’t give everything they can, it’s just that I haven’t heard about it…
#2
Nothing special…. I was just wondering whether the observer’s race is always one the players’ or is it just random?

so much mind games this match i love it. Only the old school players can create mind games like this. I like savior made him think he was bottom left in the beginning, his first marine was going in that direction xD

At beginning Leta tried bunker rush but Savior discovered then Leta changed to Mech build. Very exciting @ 09:01 when Savior hided a group of Hyralisks and hoped that Leta didnt see and go for tanks. Luckily he was right and got the game.
